Merge dbt Omnibar with dbt Command bar

The dbt command bar and dbt omnibar have been merged together to give you one easy place to run your favourite dbt commands. Open the dbt command bar (Cmd+Shift+Enter) and select a dbt command either with your mouse, keyboard, or via the dynamic hotkeys.
